Managed Service Providers 101

Play Video

A managed service provider (MSP) is a third-party company that remotely manages an association’s information technology (IT) infrastructure and end-user systems. Small and medium-sized associations and nonprofits hire MSPs to perform a defined set of day-to-day management services. These services may include network and infrastructure management, security, and monitoring.

MSPs are a great way to leverage more sophisticated technical help especially for smaller staff with limited tech resources.  Join us for an hour on how to engage an MSP and maximize the benefit for your association.  Panelists will include MSP experts and vendors.
